Kevin Durant and the Thunder couldn’t handle the Heat this week in a 108-103 victory for the “Big Three.” This was the first game in a few weeks that Chris Bosh, Dwayne Wade, and LeBron James were all healthy enough to play again. The game came down to the last 34 seconds with the Thunder up 103-102. In this little time Dwayne Wade missed a jump shot but Miller got the rebound. Miller passed the James, who then passed to Eddie House who made the 3-point shot and got 2 more points because of the foul. Wade had 32 points, LeBron added 23 points with 13 rebounds, and Chris Bosh had 20 points. Kevin Durant led the Thunder with 33 points.
One thing that could be a sign that the Heat are getting even more united was the bond shown between LeBron and coach Erik Spoelstra. In the 4th quarter when a teammate was shooting free throws, Coach Spo and James had a close short talk about the game plan. It showed how much respect they have for each other. They both, especially LeBron, have been dealing with a lot of negative press over the past few weeks. It’s good to see that they are getting along and showing that they can rise above the negativity to communicate and try to make this team work. The Heat are now 33-14, and still 2nd in the Eastern Conference Standings. I think we could see an improvement in there record as long as the “Big Three” stay healthy and the other Heat players keep up the hard work.
This was definately a good game and didnt get to watch the end of it though.
ReplyDeleteThis game sounds like it was a great game. I'm glad to see that all three of the players are back to playing.
ReplyDeleteThe heat are looking really solid, it should be a good game when they play the Clippers.
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of negative press have LaBron and the coach been getting?
